When we started out in financial services working for other first it was all very professional, very business transactional and all a bit boring.
That is not us! Of course we will be professional, but that does not mean we need to be boring.
We will fill forms out about you and what you want, but we will do that by having a chat and a laugh. It will be a natural conversation and if we do not get everything we need from finding out about you, your family and what you want we might have to dull it down a little and ask a few questions but we hope to keep that to a minimum because doing that is dull for us too and you only get to know people really when it is more like a chat and less like an interview – nobody wants that!
